Every window received a custom-fabricated sill pan. These pans are the foundation of a proper window install in the Pacific Northwest — directing water away from the framing and protecting the home from leaks and dry rot.

3. Flashing & Integration

• Installed proper flashing and moisture barriers.
• Set new Milgard Styling windows — high-quality, cost-effective units known for their performance in Portland’s wet climate.
• Integrated stucco cuts with the new installation so our stucco subcontractor could patch seamlessly.

4. Clean Installation

We left the site spotless — no debris, no damage to the lawn, and everything fully cleaned up so the homeowners could enjoy their new windows immediately.

The Results

The home now has brand-new Milgard windows, custom sill pans for each opening, and fully integrated flashing to keep the structure dry and secure for decades.
