Roof Replacement Project – Comprehensive Upgrade for a Long-Time Client

This project was close to our hearts because we had been helping these homeowners patch and repair their aging roof for years. Our Approach

• Full tear-off and replacement: We removed the failing shingles and outdated underlayment, replacing it with Owens Corning ProArmor synthetic underlayment for superior moisture protection.
• Ventilation upgrade: We replaced the old, outdated roof vents with a continuous ridge vent system to improve airflow and extend the life of the roof. All other vents were also swapped for new, energy-efficient models.
• Chimney protection: The chimney was carefully reflashed, ensuring no more leaks at one of the most common trouble spots on any roof.
• Solid decking repairs: Where needed, we replaced compromised sheathing with fresh plywood for a strong foundation before laying the new shingles.
